Gulf Stream Coach, Inc. adopted this philosophy and implemented an in-depth training curriculum to inspire, educate and assist RV sales professionals throughout the United States and Canada that sell Gulf Stream products. Since it’s inception in 2006, Gulf Stream’s regional training seminars have assisted over 1,500 attendees with product knowledge, sales tools, comparisons and incentive programs for dedication and enthusiasms toward excellence.
Regional training seminars have been held in dozens of cities, states and providences to provide our dealer body the most up-to-date sales information and statistics available, to succeed. The results have been, without question, the most positive in the RV manufacturing community. Gulf Stream Coach retail sales continue to outpace the competition and can be correlated to the training and support system implemented.
To recognize the top performing sales professionals, based on reported retail sales, Gulf Stream introduced the “Dean’s List”. Every motorized sale is recorded and individual sales professionals are saluted based on their performance. It is a privilege to acknowledge these fine sales professionals, not just for their salesmanship but also for the character and integrity that they bring to their profession. Each member of the “Dean’s List” maintains the highest degree of motivation, honor and execution for their profession.
